Characteristics
- Open belt by the metre
- Temperature range from -30°C to + 80°C
- Tension member made of steel
- Made of polyurethane (PU)

The ATKL10 profile corresponds to the AT profile with integrated wedge moulding.
L types have reinforced tension members that are designed for higher tensile loads and enable improved positioning accuracy. For high mechanical loads and precise motion control.
We offer customised PU timing belts that are cut to your exact specifications.
The ATKL10 profile corresponds to the AT profile with integrated V-ledge. Belt lengths and widths are specified in millimetres. The distance from tooth centre to tooth centre is 10 mm.

Steel tension members
Steel tension members offer outstanding tensile strength for PU timing belts. Their thin, galvanised wires are stabilised by twisting, which enables a high tensile force. However, due to the susceptibility of steel to corrosion, these tension members are not suitable for applications in humid environments or under water.
Compared to Kevlar tension members, steel tension members in identical belt profiles have a higher tensile force and rigidity, which makes them ideal for applications with high loads.
Polyamide fabric
Polyamide fabric is used to minimise friction and noise. This coating can be applied to both the tooth side and the back of the belt and is available in three different versions:
PAZ (polyamide fabric on the tooth side): Recommended for applications where the tooth side of the belt rests on a surface. Particularly advantageous for zero-gap timing belt pulleys, PAZ reduces both friction and noise.
PAR (polyamide fabric on the back of the belt): Ideal when the back of the belt rests on a surface. As with PAZ, the fabric reduces friction and noise.
PAZ/PAR (polyamide fabric on the tooth side and back of the belt): This combination is suitable when both the tooth side and the back of the belt are in contact with one surface. The double coating maximises the reduction of friction and noise.
Customised products
We offer customised PU timing belts that are cut to your exact specifications. Please note that cut-to-size belts are excluded from the right of cancellation, as they cannot be re-stocked due to the individual customisation.
